Not This Guy

As those who’ve read our mission statement know, DailyCristo hopes to provide a sanctuary from the rampant hyperbole and childish name calling that seems to define the national debate on pretty much everything these days.

Speaking of name calling, one of the favorite insults Americans seem to love to toss at each other is comparisons to Nazis, of course. With that in mind, here are the opening lines to a little song we all should learn:

If you didn’t cause a global war,

You’re not Hitler.

If you’re not a brilliant orator,

You’re not Hitler.

Didn’t perpetrate a genocide,

Didn’t shoot your brand new wife,

Didn’t have your body burned outside?

You’re not Hitler.

We could go on, but why spoil the rest of the fun? So with apologies in advance to progressives for the location of the piece and to conservatives for the final point (hey, at least it shows Glenn Beck has a sense of humor) may we respectfully suggest you click the link right here or the big red one up at the top?
